The Unbinding is a small, powerful 1.5-day experience for 10 women. Held in my Oklahoma City office—a cozy, high-vibe space where we can get real without the overwhelm of a big crowd.
Friday 12–4 PM + Saturday 10–4 PM.
We use my Gremlins & Goats framework (from my book Gremlins & Goats: Shedding Shame) to identify and release the hidden shame patterns that keep capable women exhausted, unfulfilled, and stuck—even when life looks "fine" from the outside.
Think of "Gremlins" as those sneaky inner voices born from survival—they learned early that certain behaviors kept you safe, loved, or accepted. They whisper things like "not enough," "too much," "don't rest yet," "make it perfect or fail." Over time they bind you—draining your energy, killing your joy, blocking the "more" you know you're capable of.
"Goats" are your Greatest-Of-All-Time self—the inherent, bold, worthy part that already knows you're enough, your needs matter, and you can choose from wholeness instead of fear. The framework is simple neuroscience-backed work: spot the Gremlins, starve what feeds them, interrupt them in the moment, and unbind the shame one choice at a time so your Goat can lead.

We identify where and how shame shows up in your life right now—the places it’s quietly holding you back.

We uncover the story shame has made you believe about yourself (“I’ll be worthy when…”, “I’m only good if…”, “I don’t deserve…”).

We name your real truth—the one that’s been buried under all the shoulds and survival rules.

We starve the old patterns by seeing them clearly (clarity alone weakens their grip).

We practice unbinding shame one choice at a time—interrupting the old automatic responses with simple, powerful tools (including the ridiculous-but-effective “Shaaa-ame!” bleat to flip the nervous system from threat to safety).
